How did you meet?

I was invited to his house through a mutual friend for a Memorial Day party. I became very close with him and his family. Due to a terrible situation I was in they offered for me to stay at his house temporarily. After about 3 months of him asking me on a date and me declining, he sent flowers to my job. My coworkers all pushed for me to finally take him up on the date, and the rest is history.

Tell us about the proposal

We were having our gender reveal for our baby, now 4 year old son, & we’re standing in front of all of our friends and family thanking them for being a part of the day. He stepped back a little and then tapped me on the shoulder and when I turned around he was down on one knee proposing!

Any other special stories or details?

Our son literally stole the show at our ceremony, he was rolling up and down the aisle, making funny faces, & just made the entire day even more special. Villa Lombardi’s was nothing short of amazing. Not only was everything run so smoothly, they went out of the way to make sure everything was perfect even when my videographer didn’t show they were calling around trying to find us a last minute back up. I also can’t rave enough how easy Anthony at Silverfox made it to get the most amazing pictures to document every portion of our day. He was easy going, funny, & knew exactly how to get the best shot!
